House Rabbits Looking for a Good Home

Please visit our adoption center at:
Rabbit Meadows
8311 252nd Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98053 - 425-836-8925

Noon-5pm: Weekends no appointment necessary. Weekdays please call and make certain we're here and not out picking up veggies.

We do not do same day adoptions: We verify that your landlord allows rabbits, or that you own your own home, or that your condo allows animals. We may do a home visit, if you've never had rabbits, to help you to bunny proof. The rabbits house must be no less than 8 sq. ft, etc.

We only do adoptions within the Seattle and Puget Sound area. Companions rabbits must live inside in order to be part of the family. If interested in a particular animal, you must come in to the shelter to meet one another.

We do NOT accept rabbits from the public. We work only with public shelters that must euthanize when they are too full. Please do not call or e-mail asking us to take your rabbit or a rabbit you've found. The Animal Control Agency who covers the city/county you live in will take your unwanted animals.

Nutmeg & Bob

Nutmeg(f) and Bob(m) were born in 2002. After having a home for 6 years they were surrendered when their person got a divorce and had "too many animals." They kept the dogs and cats and got rid of their middle aged bunnies.
They are a very social fun couple and would love to find a home where they can spend the second half of their lives being loved and pampered. Adoption fee $120/pair

Nutmeg & Bob

Curious & Buster Curious & Buster

These brothers are so cute to watch while they play together. Born in May 2009, they are ready to go to their permanent home. As most rabbits, they do not enjoy being picked up, but do appreciate your attention.

Adoption fee $120/pair

Acorn

Acorn is quite the talker. When you rub her cheeks/jaw she tells you rather loudly that she really likes that. When she arrived she was not spayed and would lunge and growl. Nnow that she's spayed she will growl occasionally, but the lunging has gone.
Because she'll bite at your clothes if you stop petting, she might be best in an adult or older child home. Adoption fee $70

Acorn

Zeke and Zack Zeke and Zack

Bouncy & full of life. These two brothers came from Ellensberg Animal Control where they were turned in as strays. They are very social, very attached to one another and are used to being picked up and handled.
Born Appx. July 2009, these boys are ready to go to their permanent home.
Adoption Fee $120/pair

Phoebe

Phoebe's a well traveled rabbit who came from New Mexico last year. She was born appx. March 2009.
Phoebe is a very intelligent rabbit who may challenge you for top bun position. Given a little time, Phoebe would be a good companion to you and to your male rabbit.
Adoption fee $70
